Return, Exchange & Warranty Policy

At Ganesha Body Piercing, your safety and hygiene are our highest priorities. For this reason, we do not accept returns on body jewelry. However, if your item is unopened and unused, we are happy to offer an exchange for store credit, giving you added flexibility with your purchase.

We proudly stand behind the craftsmanship of our custom chain designs, all of which are guaranteed. Should your custom chain jewelry require repair, we’re happy to assist with that service.

Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.
