Rooted in the spirit of transformation and beauty, our mission is to offer every client a sacred and luxurious piercing experience that honors both tradition and individuality.

Julian Ganesha is a husband, father, professional piercer, and the founder and owner of Ganesha Body Piercing & Jewelry. His journey in body piercing began in 1993 in Fresno, California, where he apprenticed under the late Jeri “Shiva” Metzler at Spear of Shiva studio.

A proud member of the Association of Professional Piercers (APP) since 2013, Julian continues to expand his knowledge and skills through the APP’s annual conferences, retreats, and educational courses.

Julian first brought his piercing work to the island of Kaua‘i in 1999, spending a year living and working on the island before returning to California. In 2012, he and his wife Amber made the move back to Kaua‘i to raise their family.

On March 11, 2017, Julian opened Ganesha Body Piercing as a standalone studio in Kapa‘a, on Kauai's East shore. Since its founding, he has operated the business independently, managing all daily piercing services, operations, and client care.

Today, Ganesha Body Piercing stands as one of Hawaii’s premier body piercing establishments. It is one of only two piercing-exclusive studios in the state and is widely recognized as Kaua‘i’s trusted destination for safe, professional body piercing, high-quality implant-grade jewelry, and a curated selection of fine gold and genuine gemstone pieces.
